

2 Weet-Bix
½ cup milk of choice
½ tsp cinnamon
½ apple, diced
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp oats
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Crush Weet-Bix into a container and pour milk over them.
Stir in cinnamon and let it soak overnight in the fridge.
In the morning, top with diced apple, Greek yoghurt, and oats.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup before eating.
Tastes like apple crumble for breakfast but takes less than 5 minutes to prepare! High in fibre and protein to keep you full.
