

400g Vetta protein pasta
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the vetta protein pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and cook until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, optionally garnished with grated Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs.
