

100g beef strips (or vegetarian swap below)
½ cup cooked noodles
½ cup broccoli florets
¼ carrot, sliced
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds
Vegetarian Swap: Replace beef with tofu or tempeh.
Stir-fry beef (or tofu) until browned.
Add broccoli and carrot, cooking for another 2 minutes.
Pour in teriyaki sauce and mix well.
Toss in cooked noodles and top with sesame seeds.
