Sticky Ginger Beef & Rice Bowl

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 100g lean beef strips

  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ cup stir-fried veggies (carrot, capsicum, bok choy)

  • ½ tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Steps:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan, then add beef and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Add soy sauce, ginger, and garlic, stirring to coat the beef.

  3. Toss in veggies and cook for another 2 minutes.

  4. Serve over rice, topped with sesame seeds if using.
