100g lean beef strips
1 cup cooked rice
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp grated ginger
½ tsp garlic powder
½ cup stir-fried veggies (carrot, capsicum, bok choy)
½ tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Heat sesame oil in a pan, then add beef and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add soy sauce, ginger, and garlic, stirring to coat the beef.
Toss in veggies and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve over rice, topped with sesame seeds if using.
