Mediterranean Falafel Wraps with Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 6 store-bought or frozen falafel (heated or cooked)

  • 1 large whole-grain wrap or pita bread

  • 2 tbsp hummus

  • 1/4 cup tabbouleh or couscous salad (store-bought for convenience)

  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber

  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp tahini sauce (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Warm the falafel in the oven or microwave.

  2. Spread hummus over the wrap or pita bread.

  3. Layer lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and falafel in the center.

  4. Add tabbouleh and drizzle with tahini sauce.

  5. Wrap tightly and enjoy!
