

Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or a dairy-free alternative)
1/2 cup granola (look for low-sugar options)
1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional for extra fibre)
Instructions:
In a glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom.
Add a layer of granola, followed by berries.
Add the remaining Greek yogurt on top and drizzle with honey.
Sprinkle chia or flaxseeds for extra crunch and nutrition.
