Loaded Baked Potato with Tuna & Cheese

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium potato

  • ½ can tuna in spring water, drained

  • 20g shredded cheese

  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt

  • ½ tsp butter (optional)

Steps:

  1. Microwave or bake potato until soft.

  2. Mix tuna with Greek yoghurt.

  3. Slice potato open, top with tuna mix and cheese.
