Kiwi Passionfruit Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 2 cubes frozen passionfruit

  • 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Peel and chop the kiwi.

  2. Blend the Smoothie:

    • In a blender, add the chopped kiwi, frozen banana, passionfruit pulp, low-fat Greek yoghurt, milk, vanilla protein powder, and ice cubes.

    • Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Serve:

    • Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and serve immediately.
