1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 banana, frozen
2 cubes frozen passionfruit
1/2 cup low-fat Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup ice cubes
Prepare the Ingredients:
Peel and chop the kiwi.
Blend the Smoothie:
In a blender, add the chopped kiwi, frozen banana, passionfruit pulp, low-fat Greek yoghurt, milk, vanilla protein powder, and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve:
Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and serve immediately.
