Zesty Prawn & Avocado Wrap

Ingredients

  • 4 cooked prawns (or vegetarian swap below)

  • 1 wholegrain wrap

  • ¼ avocado, mashed

  • ¼ cup lettuce, shredded

  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt

  • ½ tsp lemon juice

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Vegetarian Swap: Replace prawns with grilled halloumi or marinated chickpeas.

Steps

  1. Spread mashed avocado onto the wrap.

  2. Layer with lettuce and prawns (or halloumi/chickpeas).

  3. Mix Greek yoghurt with lemon juice and drizzle over the filling.

  4. Wrap it up and enjoy!
