1 large wholemeal or white tortilla
100g Greek yoghurt (or dairy-free yoghurt)
¼ cup granola
½ cup mixed berries
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Spread Greek yoghurt over half of the tortilla.
Sprinkle with granola, berries, and drizzle with honey.
Fold the tortilla in half and lightly toast in a pan for 1-2 minutes per side.
Cut in half and serve warm or cold.
This sweet and crunchy wrap is high in protein, quick to make, and a great balance of textures. It works as a breakfast or snack!
