Yoghurt Crunch Wrap

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 large wholemeal or white tortilla

  • 100g Greek yoghurt (or dairy-free yoghurt)

  • ¼ cup granola

  • ½ cup mixed berries

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

Steps:

  1. Spread Greek yoghurt over half of the tortilla.

  2. Sprinkle with granola, berries, and drizzle with honey.

  3. Fold the tortilla in half and lightly toast in a pan for 1-2 minutes per side.

  4. Cut in half and serve warm or cold.
